My condolences to Noreen’s family and close friends…I babysat for her years ago when they lived upstairs at the Hall residence. What I most recall was her amazing smile and her soft voice, a gentle sweet lady. I Lived just around the corner two houses east of Patton school. Saw her a few times about three years ago at her apt. in South Mountain, she was exactly as she was when I babysat. May she Rest In Peace, Donna Donnelly (Workman)
